I can't make this out at all. Looks like some of the brickwork was repaired or replaced, likely after the 2001 earthquake. I'll try for a better angle when I'm out and about next time.

Ghost signs are intriguing remnants of any city's past, and the collection Seattle boasts is awesome. They provide tangible glimpses into another time and allow us to experience the past in the present.
